About this Apprenticeship
At Korian, the largest nursing trainer in Germany, you complete the three-year training as a nursing professional. You are supported by a dedicated practical instructor and can apply your knowledge directly in practice. Career changers also get a chance.
What You'll Learn
- Helping out in our modern care facilities
- Placements according to the training plan with the partner school
- Getting to know the different areas of work in nursing
- Ensuring the well-being of our residents
- Taking part in implementing the care concept and care standards
- Supporting the organization of culture and leisure activities that fit residents' needs
Requirements
- Successful intermediate school certificate (Realschulabschluss) and/or ideally a completed training as a one-year qualified nursing assistant (m/f/d)
- Experience in nursing desirable
- Interest in the holistic care of our residents
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and commitment
- Flexibility, reliability and enjoyment of communication
