What You'll Learn
- Work in our modern care facilities
- Support nursing staff in caring for residents and clients
- Ensure the life satisfaction of residents and clients
- Get to know the different areas of care work
- Help implement the care concept, care standards and digital care documentation
- Help organize needs-based cultural and leisure activities
- After finishing training, take on medical treatment care and shift coordination tasks
Requirements
- Successful Hauptschulabschluss
- Joy in the holistic care of our residents and clients
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and resilience
- Empathy, reliability and communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and nights
