Quality Officer in Care

At Korian, employees care for people in need of care at the highest level. We are looking for a quality officer in care who is responsible for internal processes and quality assurance.

• Accompanying internal and external audits
• Carrying out quality assurance measures within our quality management
• Close exchange with the facility management and Total Quality Management
• Helping to ensure high care quality in compliance with legal requirements
• Helping shape the care and support process
• Applying current nursing and scientific findings in daily work

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing care
• Training as a quality officer (f/m/d) required
• Professional and leadership experience in a similar position
• Enjoyment of working with elderly people and people in need of care
• Communication skills, reliability and commitment
