What You'll Learn
- Carrying out individual and activating care for our residents
- Support with daily living
- Implementation of care documentation and planning
- Responsibility for medication dispensing
- Close contact with residents, relatives, and physicians
- Compliance with quality assurance measures
- Participation in the professional guidance and development of nursing assistants, trainees, and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a curative education nurse (f/m/d), educator (f/m/d), curative educator (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification
- Appreciation and empathy in dealing with residents, relatives, and colleagues
- Independent and goal-oriented work style as well as high reliability
- Empathy and sense of responsibility
