What You'll Learn
- Accompanying internal and external audits
- Carrying out quality assurance measures within our quality management
- Close exchange with facility management and Total Quality Management
- Contributing to ensuring high care quality in compliance with legal requirements
- Co-designing the care and support process
- Implementing current nursing expertise and scientific findings into daily work
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
- Further education as quality officer (f/m/d) required
- Professional and management experience in a similar position
- Enjoy working with older and care-dependent people
- Communication talent, reliability and willingness to perform
