Specialist Administrator / Project Manager Finance Division

Support the KVWL as Specialist Administrator / Project Manager (m/f/d) in our Finance Division at the earliest possible date, full-time, initially limited for 2 years as parental leave cover. • Specialist administration for the financial software (Wilken Entire)
• Error management
• Master data maintenance
• Organization and support of updates and release changes
• Contact person for Finance Division employees for desired process and product extensions
• Sub-project management of cross-functional and cross-divisional projects
• Participation in the digitalization of processes
• Creation of documentation, statistics, evaluations, and presentations within project management

• Completed degree in economics, business administration, or computer science, alternatively successfully completed commercial apprenticeship / IT specialist apprenticeship (m/f/d) with several years of relevant professional experience
• Practical experience with ERP software (preferably Wilken Entire ERP software)
• Several years of experience in project management
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Structured, conscientious, and independent working style with goal-oriented action
• Ability to familiarize yourself with unfamiliar topics and processes in the shortest possible time
