Expert Controlling - Central Functions

Controlling position with high visibility and room to shape your work. In the Expert Hub Sales Controlling & Functional Cost, you act as the financial contact for selected group and global functions. Permanent full-time position at the Einbeck site.

• Act as the central financial contact for the assigned group and global functions
• Support managers with planning, forecasting and financial decisions
• Critically question budget assumptions and spot risks and opportunities early
• Increase transparency on cost drivers, spending patterns and investment decisions
• Ensure high-quality controlling structures for reporting, planning and forecasting
• Monitor and improve data quality across controlling processes
• Contribute to developing standards and steering concepts for functional costs
• Develop meaningful management reports and KPI-based insights
• Help develop S/4HANA reporting solutions
• Translate business requirements into reporting concepts and analytical solutions
• Drive the harmonization and standardization of processes across functions
• Lead improvement initiatives to simplify planning and reporting processes
• Work closely with the business departments and other Expert Hubs

• Completed master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, financial planning, corporate management or finance
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Good understanding of SAP/S/4HANA controlling environments
• Ability to explain financial matters clearly to stakeholders outside finance
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a consulting mindset
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good English skills, good German skills are an advantage
