Practical training takes place in BW-Bank sales divisions. You work at the service counter and alongside financial and specialist advisors in consulting. You learn topics ranging from service and savings products, investment advisory and securities business, to consumer loans and construction financing.

Diverse: As a universal bank we cover a broad range of banking products. You learn them all and maintain a good overview of conditions. Customer-oriented: Clients trust your professional advice. You open accounts, advise on service and savings products, and find ideal solutions for individual needs. You also support specialist advisors in holistic consulting. Exciting: Your creativity is needed. Develop a sales project for your market area with other trainees and present it to managers. Helpful: Like sharing knowledge? Our trainees visit schools to give insights into finance and careers. At training fairs or assessment centers you share experiences from daily apprenticeship life or act as mentors. Social: Through our social projects you can do good.
