• Organization and control of business processes as well as leadership of a multiprofessional team
• Preparation and coordination of individual case distribution within the team
• Technical advice and mediation in complex individual cases
• Control of exchange with internal specialist services and external service providers of the helper system to optimize work processes
• Special staff responsibility in the tension between child endangerment and stressed family situations
• Cooperation and coordination on fundamental questions with the competence area management

• Completed degree as Bachelor of Arts – Public Management / Dipl. Administrative Economist (FH) (m/f/d), Bachelor of Arts Social Work (m/f/d) or a respectively comparable university degree or comparable qualification (e.g., promoted civil servants or administrative specialists with many years of relevant professional experience in the named area of responsibility)
• Several years of professional experience in guardianship law
• Experience in management responsibility and leadership competence are desirable
• Knowledge of family law and the Social Code Books, particularly youth and integration assistance
• A high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and willingness to make decisions
• Resilience, flexibility, negotiation and advisory skills, and conflict resolution competence
