We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for social planning for the staff unit of the Department for Labor, Youth and Social Affairs at the earliest possible date.

Independent development and management of strategic objectives in (integrated/cross-departmental/cross-divisional) social planning and control processes with a focus on inclusion and integration assistance for the needs-based further development of social service and supply structures; initiation, conception and professional support of needs-based services and projects with service providers, municipalities, clinics and other stakeholders as well as establishment and management of working groups and project teams; collection, evaluation and analysis of structural data and needs as well as development of forecasts and recommendations for action as a basis for strategic decisions; close cooperation with the department head and division heads as well as preparation of decision templates, statements and recommendations for the administrative leadership and political committees on topics of integration assistance and inclusion; development of information and public relations materials, conducting lectures, presentations and events.

A successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/Master of Arts) in Social Work, Social Sciences, Health Sciences or equivalent; professional experience or sound knowledge in the field of social planning; ideally knowledge and/or practical experience in the field of integration assistance, including the legal, professional and structural framework conditions; the ability to work independently, responsibly and in a structured manner in a staff unit with changing requirements and different subject areas; very good communication and organizational skills with pleasure in network work and uniting different perspectives; willingness and ability to cooperate on an equal footing with interest groups; high flexibility, sense of responsibility and resilience; sound PC skills.

Subject to meeting personal requirements, a permanent position, subject to job evaluation in salary group 12 TVöD (€4,415.70 - €6,900.18). All amounts are monthly gross values for full-time employment.
