• 3 qualifications in 3 years: With our high school graduate program you combine the apprenticeship "Retail Salesperson" with the further education "Certified Retail Specialist IHK" and additionally obtain the "AdA certificate" according to AEVO – your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future
• During practical phases in the store you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, scheduling or cashiering: You pitch in and are fully committed
• We also prepare you for staff leadership so that you can soon take charge of your own shift
• For further skill development you attend various trainings and seminars – and also acquire the IHK trainer certificate
• Theory phases take place in block instruction at an external education center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)

• High school diploma or university entrance qualification (completed theoretical and practical part)
• Committed work ethic and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
• Enthusiasm, determination and high willingness to take responsibility
