• In your apprenticeship you will learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness and cleanliness - this is possible either within a 2-year apprenticeship as a salesperson (m/f/d) or a 3-year apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d)
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, baking or operating the checkout: you pitch in and are fully committed
• You check incoming goods, assist with inventory work and are available to our customers with advice and assistance
• If you opt for the third apprenticeship year as a retail merchant (m/f/d), you will learn how to create staff deployment plans and lead your first shift
• To further develop your skills, you will take part in training sessions and exciting apprentice projects
