3 qualifications in 3 years: With our high school graduate program you combine the apprenticeship 'Retail Merchant' with the advanced training 'Certified Retail Specialist IHK' and additionally obtain the 'AdA Certificate' according to AEVO – your goal: to lead your own team as a future store manager. During practical phases in the store you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness. Whether stocking and presenting goods, scheduling or cashiering: you pitch in with full commitment. We also prepare you for staff leadership so you can soon take over your first shift. For further skill development you attend various trainings and seminars – and also acquire the IHK trainer certificate. Theoretical phases take place in block instruction at an external education center (any travel/accommodation costs covered by Lidl)

Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (completed theoretical and practical parts), committed work ethic and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail, ability to inspire, determination and high sense of responsibility, team spirit and enjoyment of moving things forward together, reliability and time flexibility within store opening hours
