About this Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship at Lidl's store at Prenzlauer Allee 93, 10409 Berlin. You will learn how retail works, take on responsibility and contribute your own ideas to the team. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts two years, while the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts three years.

What You'll Learn

During your apprenticeship, you will learn what matters in retail and how quality, freshness and cleanliness create a good shopping experience in Lidl stores, through either a two-year sales assistant apprenticeship or a three-year retail sales specialist apprenticeship
You will take an active role in stocking and displaying goods, baking and operating the checkout
You will check incoming goods, help with stocktaking and advise and assist customers
If you choose the third year of the retail sales specialist apprenticeship, you will learn to create staff schedules and lead your first shift
You will attend training sessions and take part in apprentice projects to develop your skills
