Internship Loyalty - Lidl Plus International

You support the expansion of our customer knowledge in the Lidl world. From February / March for 6 months. Internship in Marketing & PR at Lidl Stiftung in Neckarsulm.

• Close collaboration with the country managers on sub-projects to promote customer loyalty at Lidl Plus
• Help design and implement international standards for our national companies
• Optimize loyalty measures through performance measurement (e.g. A/B tests and structured reporting)
• Plan and create creative, data-based content (e.g. international seasonal campaigns)
• Prepare presentations for various interfaces within the company
• Contribute your own ideas to optimize existing Lidl Plus processes

• Studies in business administration, economics or comparable (please attach current transcript of grades)
• Ideally first experience in CRM or marketing or an international environment
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of working with key figures
• Very good German skills
