International Workforce Planning Project Manager

In the HR Services & Reward INT team, you develop systems, processes and services that make HR more digital and effective in over 32 countries. You manage headquarters headcount planning across more than 30 countries and provide reliable information to support senior management decisions.

• Manage and continuously improve the annual international workforce planning process from start to finish to support timely, informed decisions
• Define the global planning calendar, set binding milestones and monitor consistent quality standards across all headquarters
• Prepare, coordinate and lead effective discussions and decision-making meetings up to board level, connecting international divisions and national companies
• Establish clear governance structures, identify conflicting objectives early and resolve escalated issues with a focus on solutions
• Consolidate complex planning data, create meaningful management dashboards and develop well-founded strategic recommendations for senior management

• Completed degree in economics, business administration, HR management or a comparable subject
• Extensive professional experience in strategic workforce planning, HR controlling or company-wide business and budget planning within an international group
• Strong analytical skills in processing and modelling large, complex datasets, with experience using modern business intelligence and analysis tools
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills suited to each situation and the ability to assert decisions when working with board members and international managers
• Business-fluent German and English for daily international collaboration
