Sales Assistant with Deputy Role, Part-time

Part-time sales assistant with deputy role in the Lidl store in Neckarsulm. You ensure a great shopping experience and support the store manager.

• Together with your teammates you ensure a well-kept store and a great shopping experience for our customers
• Whether stocking and presenting goods attractively, baking or checking out customers with our modern checkout systems: you pitch in with full commitment
• In the Scan&Go zone you ensure it works, get customers excited about the system and help them have a positive shopping experience
• You support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution and implementing our store concepts
• You also handle warehouse, cleaning and inventory work

• Work experience in retail or a comparable industry, ideally with first leadership experience, e.g. as shift lead
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility who enjoys inspiring and motivating others
• Fast and efficient way of working and adaptability to changing tasks
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible shift models in agreement with the manager
