Dispatcher Technical Customer Service for Industrial Trucks

You are responsible for communication with customers, business partners, and internal departments; Telephone consulting of our customers regarding repair and maintenance work; Scheduling and monitoring of repair and maintenance work in coordination with the service technician; Contact person for technical questions of service technicians; Creation and follow-up of offers and material disposition; Complaint processing and quality assurance; Timely billing; On-call duty 4 weeks per year

Completed technical training e.g. as agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician or similar & first experience in commercial area; Professional development to technician or master desired; Confident appearance in telephone customer contact as well as negotiation skills and assertiveness; Quick comprehension, pronounced organizational talent and careful work style; Good communication skills and high team orientation; Secure PC skills (MS Office applications, merchandise management systems); Working hours are staggered according to our opening hours from 06:30 to 17:00
