Apprenticeship Surface Coater for Aircraft and Components Starting August 2027

Are you enthusiastic about chemistry and physics? Do you want to refine aircraft parts so they provide the necessary resistance and safety? Then become part of our team! In our company, 'Du' (informal 'you') is a matter of course – we live an open corporate culture. Since we are currently gradually switching our communication, it may happen during the application process that you occasionally encounter a 'Sie' (formal 'you'). Don't let that irritate you – we look forward to you, regardless of whether it's 'Du' or 'Sie'! We make you fit for practice by having you attend multi-week instructional blocks at the vocational school in Solingen (organized and financed by us) and complete courses as well as exciting practical phases in our training workshops. Throughout the entire apprenticeship period, you will be accompanied and supported by us! Learn more about content, processes and benefits here. What happens after the apprenticeship? If you have successfully completed your apprenticeship and convinced us personally, nothing stands in the way of your takeover at Lufthansa Technik. Whether a skilled worker career path, further training as a technician or master craftsman, or a dual study program – with us you shape your future.
