• Learning practical skills with focus on planning and development of further training – Develop innovative training concepts and implement them

• At the time of the internship you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program
• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written mandatory internship proof must be attached) or the internship between Bachelor's and Master's studies (Gap Year)
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking
• Independent, structured and conscientious work style
• Routine handling of MS Office
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
• Intercultural competence and willingness to learn new things
• Creativity and innovative spirit to co-design development processes
• Ability to critically reflect on own work and accept feedback
