Internship in eLearning & Artificial Intelligence

Internship at Lufthansa Technical Training. You work at the intersection of eLearning, innovation and company strategy and help develop innovative learning formats for aviation technical staff, from designing new eLearnings to integrating AI tools. Start by arrangement. The internship is paid.

• Learning practical skills with a focus on developing and testing new eLearning concepts, with support from ChatGPT & Co.
• Creatively implementing learning content through storyboards, prototypes and interactive media
• Shaping the future by working on strategic projects to develop our product portfolio
• Analyzing and evaluating trends: methodological, didactic and commercial assessment of modern learning technologies
• Networked working: close cooperation with various departments
• Passing on knowledge: taking part in planning and running workshops

• At least in the fourth semester of study at the time of the internship
• Enrollment for the entire internship period (current enrollment certificate and, for a compulsory internship, written proof of the compulsory internship must be attached to the application) or the internship between Bachelor's and Master's studies (gap year)
• Studies e.g. in business psychology, instructional design, media education, educational technology or computer science
• Enthusiasm for digital learning and new technologies
• Use of existing skills with ChatGPT or comparable AI applications under expert guidance
• Ideally first experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Miro etc.
• Curiosity, creativity and desire to work independently
