Internship in eLearning & Artificial Intelligence

You have a passion for artificial intelligence and want to see how modern technology is revolutionising learning? Join our team at Lufthansa Technical Training. The internship is paid. Start by arrangement, duration 6 months.

• Making AI tangible in training – developing and testing new eLearning concepts with the help of ChatGPT & Co.
• Creatively implementing learning content – through storyboards, prototypes and interactive media
• Shaping the future – working on strategic projects to develop our product portfolio
• Analysing and assessing trends – methodological, didactic and commercial evaluation of modern learning technologies
• Working in a networked way – close cooperation with various departments
• Sharing knowledge – supporting the planning and running of workshops

• At least in the fourth semester of study at the time of the internship
• Enrolment throughout the whole internship (current enrolment certificate and, for a compulsory internship, written proof of the requirement) or the internship between Bachelor's and Master's studies (gap year)
• Studies e.g. in business psychology, instructional design, media education, educational technology or computer science
• Enthusiasm for digital learning and new technologies
• Confident use of ChatGPT or similar AI applications
• Ideally first experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Miro etc.
• Curiosity, creativity and desire to work independently
