Fellow in Lean Consulting with Focus on Aviation, MRO and OPS

Not just analyzing, but really changing things: As a Fellow at Lumics, you work directly in transformation projects at airlines, MRO operations, airports and industrial companies. You are close to the shop floor and the people, implement improvements and develop quickly with experienced consultants.

• Support in the analysis and documentation of end-to-end processes in MRO, OPS and production environments
• Identification of optimization potential and support in the implementation of concrete improvement measures
• Use of Lean methods and tools in direct project work
• Participation in data-driven analyses and targeted use of AI tools
• Taking on own work packages in national and international projects
• Support in the preparation and conduct of workshops
• Involvement in proposal preparation and further development of topics in the team

• Completed degree (Master preferred) in Business Informatics, Engineering, Aviation or Business Administration; technical education an advantage
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting or industry (MRO/Aviation/Production desirable)
• Basic knowledge of Lean, Process or Project Management
• Analytical, structured, data-driven; confident in using AI tools, simple programming an advantage
• Strong communication skills, convincing in workshops and on the shop floor
• Very good German and English
