Internship in Operational Excellence and Lean Management

You will support the team in transforming Aircraft Components Services as part of a major Operational Excellence program and make a direct contribution. You will benefit from flexible working hours and the option to work remotely.

• Learning practical skills with a focus on agile projects in operational excellence to optimize production, logistics and IT processes
• To do this, you develop measures in the team, proactively contribute ideas and take on responsibility early for your own work packages
• You carry out process analyses and prepare workshops with the specialist departments
• You take part in project and program management and learn directly from experienced colleagues
• You contribute your energy where your talents make the biggest impact and shape your own topics such as the use of artificial intelligence, PowerBI, process mining and more
• You actively live our feedback culture and keep developing through direct mentoring

• Studies in at least the 3rd semester in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, business administration, business psychology or similar
• Enrollment for the full period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be attached) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's studies (gap year)
• First experience in production processes, operational excellence, lean management and project management desired
• Confident use of MS Office
• Analytical thinking and a conceptual way of working round off your profile
• Good to very good German skills are required, English skills are an advantage
• Ideally extensive experience with PowerBI
