Internship in Sales/Vertrieb (SME Germany)

Tasks: Participation in acquisition processes by supporting the identification, approach, and support of potential customers. Learning practical skills with a focus on planning, organizing, and implementing marketing campaigns to support sales activities. Collaboration on projects to optimize work processes and increase efficiency and quality. Support with tasks of daily operational business and cross-divisional activities. Insights into customer needs, product management, and pricing to develop a comprehensive market understanding. Cooperation with various interface partners and getting to know business processes and commercial activities of the company.

• Take part in acquisition processes by helping to identify, approach and look after potential customers
• Learn practical skills focused on planning, organizing and running marketing actions that support sales activities
• Work on projects to improve work processes and increase efficiency and quality
• Support day-to-day operational tasks and cross-department activities
• Gain insights into customer needs, product management and pricing to build a broad understanding of the market
• Work with various interface partners and get to know the business processes and commercial activities of the company

• Enrollment for the whole internship period (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's studies (gap year)
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Strong people skills, persuasiveness and teamwork
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• High motivation, initiative and flexibility
• Structured and careful way of working
• Ability to explain complex matters clearly
• Knowledge of communication and marketing as well as creativity are an advantage
