Internship in Strategy

From market analyses to management decisions: Take responsibility for exciting strategy projects, contribute your own ideas, and gain valuable insights through workshops, events, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Learning practical skills with a focus on corporate strategy and strategic priorities
• Analysis of global air cargo markets, customer industries, competitors and trends
• Evaluation of growth opportunities, business models and possible partnerships
• Creation of business cases, scenario analyses and strategic decision bases
• Deriving recommendations for action and preparing management presentations
• Independently carrying out analyses within strategic projects together with experienced team members
• Taking part in work meetings, workshops, e.g. with other departments, internal/external events (e.g. innovation offerings, conferences) and internal conferences

• Enrolled at university for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate required, and for a compulsory internship a written proof of compulsory internship must be attached to the application) or an internship between your bachelor's and master's studies (gap year)
• At the time of the internship you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree, e.g. in economics, air transport or logistics
• Enthusiasm for strategy, transformation, innovation and current developments in the aviation industry
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to present complex content clearly
• High level of commitment, initiative and a structured, independent way of working
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as very good communication, German and English skills, spoken and written
• Applying your existing skills in strategy, management consulting, project management or innovation under professional guidance
