• Conduct EASA-approved basic courses CAT A, B1 and B2 in individual ATA chapters (modules) at Level I, II and III as well as instruction and training of aeronautical technical personnel in theory or practice according to qualification and of non-approved courses
• Conduct theoretical examinations as Approved Examiner or practical examinations (assessments) as Approved Assessor
• Organize and logistically prepare courses/instruction or practical examinations and associated examinations
• Develop and create examination questions and work samples
• Optimize, develop, and create training media
• Train instructors (internal and external) technically and didactically
• Perform special tasks; participate in projects

• Completed technical vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician or comparable electrical engineering training
• Demanding additional qualification relevant to the assigned tasks (e.g., certified vocational education and training pedagogue (IHK) or industrial master in aeronautical engineering) or willingness to acquire
• Several years of professional experience as CAT-A or B2 on various aircraft types, one or more type ratings an advantage
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with Level 3 training (for B2 personnel)
• Willingness to pursue job-related further education
• Good knowledge in aircraft maintenance and/or overhaul desired
• Vocational and work pedagogical aptitude for conducting operational vocational training measures
• Very good German and English language skills
• Willingness for assignments in Germany and abroad, tropical suitability
