Nursing Professional as Night Watch for Social Participation - Integration Assistance - for the LVR Association for LivingPlusLife in Euskirchen

As a nursing professional at the LVR Association for LivingPlusLife, you play a central role in supporting people with disabilities. You actively shape the daily life of clients and take on responsibility. Part-time, permanent.

• Meaningful task: supporting adults with intellectual disabilities during the night.
• Responsibility and relationships: you support people long term, are available for relieving conversations and step in during crises with de-escalating actions. You encourage people to keep to quiet night hours and document the night's care in the Vivendi software. You also ensure a thorough handover to the day shift.
• Holistic work: bring your personality into conversations and give the support needed, if necessary also by providing basic and simple medical nursing care and giving night and as-needed medication.

• State recognition as a special education care worker, geriatric nurse, healthcare and nursing professional, or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Binding willingness to learn and regularly use German Sign Language (DGS)
• You are willing and happy to work permanently on night shifts.
• Ideally, you already have experience supporting people with disabilities.
• You enjoy working hand in hand in a multi-professional team.
• You enjoy working with people and actively building lasting relationships.
• You are creative, responsible, flexible and work independently in your daily work.
• You have experience documenting support services.
