What You'll Learn

Everyday support and promotion of 16 adults with cognitive disabilities, some with high nursing care needs
Long-term support of clients, basic nursing care and documentation, active involvement in daily planning within support planning and social participation
Dealing with non-verbal communication, applying or acquiring knowledge in supported communication, basal stimulation, TEACCH and kinaesthetics
Working according to a specialized educational concept
Creative, self-determined work

Requirements

State recognition as a special education care worker, geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse, or nursing professional (m/f/d)
Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends
Ideally experience in supporting people with disabilities
You enjoy working hand in hand in a multi-professional team
You enjoy working with people and actively building lasting relationships
Creativity, sense of responsibility, flexibility and an independent way of working
Experience in documenting support services
