Nursing Specialist as Night Watch for Social Participation - Integration Assistance - for the LVR Association for LivingPlusLife in Zülpich.

As a nursing specialist at the LVR Association for LivingPlusLife, you take on a central role in supporting people with disabilities. Your work is as demanding as it is enriching – you actively shape the daily lives of our clients and take responsibility.

• Meaningful task: Support of adults with hearing impairment as well as cognitive and physical disabilities during the night.
• Responsibility and relationship: You accompany people long-term, are available for relieving conversations and intervene in crisis situations through de-escalating action. You motivate compliance with night rest and document the nightly care events in the Vivendi software. You also ensure a detailed handover to the day shift.
• Holistic work: Bring in your personality through conversations and provide the necessary support, if necessary also through basic and simple treatment care as well as administration of night and as-needed medication.
• Social relevance: Become part of an important social and political mandate. Your work is recognized and appreciated.

• State recognition as curative education nurse, geriatric nurse, health and nurse (m/f/d) or nursing specialist
• You have the willingness to work permanently as night watch
• Ideally you already have experience in accompanying people with disabilities.
• You enjoy working hand in hand in a multiprofessional team.
• Working with people and actively shaping sustainable relationships gives you joy.
• You are characterized by creativity, sense of responsibility, flexibility and an independent working style in daily work.
• You bring experience in documenting support services.
• Binding willingness to learn and regularly use German Sign Language (DGS)
