Active participation in diverse global projects in the areas of corporate culture and talent management Support of various measures to establish our global HR strategy, including conducting the annual employee survey, diversity & inclusion activities, and the introduction of new global talent management concepts and processes Taking responsibility for own work packages in collaboration with an international team Conducting research, creating manuals to support global concepts, and creating and preparing presentations and documents for various target groups Consolidation and preparation of data for global reports and dashboards

• Currently no purely voluntary internships can be offered
• Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, Human Resource Management or a comparable field
• Enthusiasm, strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a global organization
• Good English skills and familiarity with common Microsoft Office/IT applications
