About this Apprenticeship
Internship in order management & EDI in a small, dedicated team of five people. A compulsory or voluntary internship is possible.
What You'll Learn
- You support customer analyses and the implementation of the resulting recommendations.
- You analyze existing business models for their profitability and relevance.
- You coordinate collaboration with interfaces and are a contact for IT project management, sales & controlling, among others.
- You are the contact in first and second level support for B2B customer inquiries.
- You monitor the automatic reorder process.
- You get to know the core processes and IT systems in sales support.
- You create communication and information materials for internal and external communication.
Requirements
- Started studies in business administration or an already comparable vocational qualification
- Analytical understanding and quick comprehension
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Enjoy working with digital tools and agile methods
- Structured, independent way of working and solution-oriented approaches
- Proactive and convincing communication, both spoken and written, in German and English (B2 level)
- Ideally available for a period of at least 6 months
