About this Apprenticeship
The position focuses on inpatient admissions in multi-shift operation, plus assignments in the interdisciplinary emergency department. You are the first contact who welcomes, receives and guides patients. Start as soon as possible, fixed-term contract in full-time or part-time.
What You'll Learn
- You record administrative patient data, maintain it in the system and identify the responsible payers.
- You inform and advise our patients about contract contents, co-payments, data protection, patient wristbands and optional services, and conclude the corresponding contracts.
- Admitting and advising patients on the ward is also part of your duties.
- You are the main contact for phone inquiries and forward them to the responsible departments.
Requirements
- You are a student in health management, business administration or similar, or have a similar qualification.
- You guide our patients through our processes with empathy and see them in their individual situation.
- You are well organized, communicative and enjoy contact with patients.
- Foreign language skills, e.g. English or Croatian, round off your profile.
