What You'll Learn
- Employee retention programs: you support projects & activities such as organizing employee events, TakeCare activities & the Associate Appreciation Week
- Recruiting: preparing and supporting trade fair appearances, writing job ads, handling applications & organizing interviews
- Employer branding: supporting internal and external employer branding measures through social media & internal communication channels
- Administration: supporting on- & off-boarding of employees, issuing certificates and processing HR-related requests, contact person for employees and interns
