• With us you will learn everything you need to know and go through all stations around the area of event management to get to know the profession in which you want to make a career after your training
• Already a year in advance you will find out which departments you will get to know – so the anticipation increases even more!
• Our team teaches you what you need to know to further develop your skills as a sales talent – whether event planning, event organization or customer acquisition & support
• Your work week is as varied as your job, two days a week you are in school and three days with us
• We are proud of our apprentices and we show it! Therefore we enable our apprentices in the second year to participate in the national "Talentschmiede" of our Marriott group and get to know other hotels, apprentices, general managers & HR managers – the perfect time to make contacts for later!
• We want you to experience something! Therefore we give you the opportunity to take part in the apprentice exchange (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in the first year and get to know our sister hotels within a two-week program
