• With us you learn everything you need to know and rotate through all Food & Beverage outlets to find exactly the area in which you want to make a career after your apprenticeship
• Already a year in advance you learn which departments you will get to know – so the anticipation grows even more!
• Through your specialized training we make you a gastronomy specialist – whether service, bar or events, after three years you master everything!
• We are proud of our trainees and we show it! Therefore we enable our trainees in the third year to participate in the national 'Talent Forge' of our Marriott group and get to know other hotels, trainees, General Managers & HR managers – the perfect time to make contacts for later!
• We want you to experience something! Therefore we give you the opportunity in the first year to participate in the trainee exchange (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and get to know our sister hotels within a two-week program

• You have a charming, authentic and warm demeanor as well as a well-groomed appearance and good expression
• You have a completed school education
• You have solid basic knowledge of German and English
• Ideally you have already gained initial experience in gastronomy, hospitality or service industry through an internship or side job
• You are a team player and appreciate working in a team
