About this Apprenticeship
The Cologne Marriott Hotel is looking for an F&B expert for banquets. Together with the team, you make sure every event runs perfectly and look after international guests.
What You'll Learn
- Together with the team, you do everything to make every event run perfectly, from setup to guest care
- You support our events in service and look after our international guests at coffee breaks, lunch and dinner events
- You make sure all hygiene standards are followed
- You pass special requests or extra orders to the kitchen and carefully look after our banquet storage
- You support your colleagues in all matters and pass on your knowledge to trainees and interns
Requirements
- You are a passionate host and your heart beats for hospitality
- You want to develop every day, learn new things and be part of a family-like, ambitious team
- You keep a cool head in stressful situations
- You already have experience in a similar position or want to start in international hospitality
- You are communicative and comfortable in both German and English
