Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

To support the team at the Courtyard Hotel Köln, Marriott is looking for dedicated Housekeeping Floor Supervisors (m/f/d) starting immediately. With heart and dedication, you make sure guests feel completely at ease, whether in guest care or in looking after the rooms. The position is described as a temp/part-time helper role.

• You organize and supervise daily cleaning work, special tasks and deep cleaning
• You coordinate staff scheduling and help with efficient deployment planning of the cleaning staff
• You check daily room cleaning, including VIP rooms and show rooms
• You ensure smooth information flow within housekeeping and with other departments
• You work closely with external service providers and foster a successful partnership
• You prepare the required reports, statistics and administrative documents carefully and on time
• You manage and support projects to improve cleanliness, quality and guest satisfaction
• You communicate flexibly and professionally with all relevant hotel departments
• You carry out tasks as needed in all shifts and support daily operations
• You do cleaning work yourself when needed and help wherever support is required
• You actively contribute to guests always enjoying a clean, well-kept and inviting hotel experience

• Confident German skills and basic English skills
