The Marriott Hotel in Cologne is looking for a Page (m/f/d) to provide excellent guest service as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. Permanent employment contract with a structured onboarding programme.

• Excellent guest service and first point of contact for our guests and visitors

• Building positive relationships through personal and individual service in which the Marriott brand is always felt and experienced
• Interacting and communicating with guests to gather feedback on product quality, service level and overall satisfaction
• Resolving guest complaints responsibly to achieve the best possible guest satisfaction
• Maintaining effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth operations
• You know our regular guests, greet VIP guests on arrival and look after their stay
• You know the city of Cologne and our hotel, have personal insider tips and can answer guests' questions at any time in German and English, and enjoy creating an unforgettable moment
• Handling emergency situations and working closely with the Guest Relations & Duty Manager in the area of "Loss Prevention"

• Very good manners, confident presence and strong communication skills
• Confident English skills in speaking and writing and ideally basic German
• A positive attitude and open-mindedness
• Flexibility, solution-oriented approach and multitasking skills
• Confident with MS Office; Opera knowledge is an advantage
