Medical Assistant as Reception Employee

For our Radiologie 360° at the Evangelisches Krankenhaus (EVK) in Bergisch Gladbach, we are looking, starting immediately, for a reception employee (m/f/d) working 15 to 30 hours per week (part-time), fixed-term for one year.

• Patient admission and appointment scheduling
• Data processing in the RIS and KIS systems
• Managing digital patient records and checking for completeness
• Billing preparation
• Other administrative tasks as they arise

• A completed vocational training as a medical assistant (Arzthelfer), medical clerk (medizinischer Fachangestellter), hotel specialist (Hotelfachmann) or comparable training is desirable
• First professional experience in reception is desirable
• Flexibility in working hours
• Enjoyment of patient-oriented, independent work
• Interest in collegial teamwork
