• Focus on customers and advice before, during and after purchase - passionate, customer-oriented, competent
• Active, cross-category sales of our products, accessories and associated services and services
• Inspiring our customers for our products and solutions
• Repair instead of throwing away: carrying out display, battery and small-part repairs with original spare parts from many well-known manufacturers
• Competent advice and execution of high-quality services in IT and entertainment (e.g. TV calibration, software installation)
• Contact person and support for our customers with technical questions
• Contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes around repair and return

• Successfully completed training in retail and/or professional experience in sales of products and services
• Knowledge and interest in products and trends of the consumer electronics industry (ideally for smartphones and notebooks)
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Communication strength, implementation strength and a solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with fun in shared success
• Willingness to support the team also in afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
