Customer Advisor Customer Service, Focus on Solution Management

• Advising our customers and handling customer requests about online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs and purchase processing – passionate, customer-focused, competent
• Administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing or purchase on invoice
• Handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing
• Contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers on all repair-related processes
• Active support at customer events
• A positive and proactive attitude toward customers and advising simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
• Implementing specified national standard guidelines, processes and behaviors

• Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry)
• Knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Strong communication and implementation skills and a solution-oriented way of working
• Team player who enjoys shared success
• Willingness to support the team in the afternoons / evenings and on Saturdays as well
