Advising our customers and handling customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs or the purchase process (cashiering) - passionately, customer-oriented, competent. Administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing or purchase on account, etc. Marketing our products on various online platforms. Contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs. Active support at customer events. Positive and proactive attitude towards customers and ensuring simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints. Implementation of specified national standard guidelines, processes and behaviors.

Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry). Knowledge of and interest in products and trends of the consumer electronics industry. Strong customer and service orientation. Communication skills, implementation strength and a solution-oriented way of working. Team player with fun in shared success. Willingness to support the team also in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays.
