Tasks: You focus on customers and advise them before, during, and after the purchase – passionately, customer-oriented, competent. You sell across product groups and actively our products, accessories, and associated services, responding to customer needs. You provide an outstanding omnichannel customer experience. You ensure that shelves and displays are set up according to internal guidelines and create very good visibility of service products and services in the market. You are the first point of contact for your team colleagues for questions about goods, services, and service offerings in the market. You coordinate tasks of your team colleagues according to your manager's specifications and promote efficient collaboration.

You have successfully completed training in retail. You bring professional experience in selling products and services and have an excellent understanding of service. You have knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry. You have a pronounced customer and service orientation. You are strong in communication and implementation. You bring a high level of coordination and organizational skills. You are a team player and enjoy shared success. You are willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays.
