You advise our customers and handle customer concerns regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, purchase processing (cashiering) – passionately, customer-oriented, competently. You carry out administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, purchase on account, etc. You market our products on various online platforms. You are in contact with internal and external partners or product suppliers regarding all processes related to repairs. You actively support customer events. You adopt a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints. You comply with specified national standard guidelines, processes and behaviors and implement them.

You have a successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry). You have knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry. You have a strong customer and service orientation. You are a strong communicator, strong in implementation and work in a solution-oriented manner. You are a team player and enjoy shared success. You are willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays.
