About this Apprenticeship
Training at the Mercedes-Benz company health insurance fund to advise and support insured persons and process social insurance matters. The training provides insight into benefits, insurance, long-term care insurance, customer service, and sales.
What You'll Learn
- Advising and supporting insured persons
- Processing insured persons' requests in personal consultations and administrative work
- Learning and applying the German Social Code
- Working in the benefits, insurance, long-term care insurance, customer service, and sales departments
Requirements
- At least a good intermediate school-leaving certificate
- Interest in health topics and working with social insurance legislation
- Sound mathematical knowledge
- Good German and English language skills
- Customer orientation
- A strong sense of responsibility and willingness to help
What We Offer
- Attractive remuneration from EUR 1,332 in the first training year up to EUR 1,434 in the final year, depending on location
