Intern Battery Production (Mandatory Internship)

Mandatory internship at Mercedes-Benz in battery production: you support the commissioning and ramp-up of a new production plant for the high-voltage battery in launch management and production engineering.

• Support the commissioning and production ramp-up of a new production plant
• Support machine and process acceptance tests
• Help plan, coordinate and carry out launch activities
• Plan and set up analysis and optimization tools
• Test and support production processes
• Analyze production, quality and process indicators
• Work independently on sub-projects in launch management and production engineering
• Close cooperation with internal departments, plant suppliers and other interfaces
• Cross-site cooperation with various departments

• Studying mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable degree program
• Confident German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident use of MS Office

• Analytical thinking and strategic way of working
• Technical vocational training and a Class B driver's license are desirable
