Working Student Outbound Logistics Digitalization & Artificial Intelligence

Then a working student position in the worldwide transport logistics of Mercedes-Benz AG is exactly right for you! We, the worldwide transport logistics, are responsible for the planning and control of the group-wide transport networks for finished vehicle, material, and empty container flows of Mercedes-Benz AG. You will be deployed in the department "Outbound Logistics (OBL) Transport Planning, Transport Control and Digitalization" and support the team "Digitalization & Sustainability" in the planning and digitalization of global finished vehicle transports for approx. 2 million premium vehicles.

• Participation in conception, planning and implementation of end-to-end logistics concepts (truck, rail, ship) and their digitalization
• Support of project management/product owner in digitalization projects, e.g. "SCS"
• Support in analysis, structuring and improvement of data quality in logistics and forecasting systems, in particular through identification and processing of data inconsistencies, creation of evaluations and participation in measures for automation, standardization and transparent control of data quality
• Support in creation of automation workflows such as n8n or comparable tools
• Global communication with internal process partners, site and transport service providers

• Degree program in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or comparable programs
• Secure German and English skills in word and writing, at least B2
• Proficient use of MS-Office, as well as advanced Excel skills an advantage
• Commitment and teamwork skills
