Working Student in 3D Printing

As the team "TechPrograms and Concepts" we research and develop innovations of the future and make them tangible. In the development of innovative concepts and systems we work as an interdisciplinary team from different disciplines. Our topic range includes design, automation and manufacturing processes from interior to complete vehicle.

• Working with 3D printing technologies FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and DLP (Digital Light Processing)
• Independent execution of 3D printing production orders
• Support in maintenance and optimization of 3D printers
• Support in documentation of 3D printing lab operations
• Conducting trend and technology research

• Degree program in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, production engineering or a comparable program
• Proficient German and English skills in word and writing
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Basic knowledge of CAD systems, e.g. Siemens NX
• Basic knowledge of 3D printing slicer software (e.g. PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio)
• High commitment, independent work style and teamwork ability
• Analytical thinking as well as structured and strategic work approach
• Interest in additive manufacturing technologies and technical innovations
