Intern Digitalization Projects and Project Management

Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the world's most successful automotive companies. With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. In the HR Methods department, we are responsible for the further development and digitalization of HR processes as well as the operation and continuous optimization of various HR applications. This includes the conception and implementation of digitalization projects, the introduction and further development of IT products, and collaboration with various specialist departments and project partners. Through close coordination with relevant interfaces, we actively shape the digital transformation in HR. For this challenging and exciting area of responsibility, we are looking for you as an Intern for Digitalization Projects and Project Management.

• Support in planning, executing and following up on digitalization projects
• Participation in optimizing and standardizing HR processes through the use of digital tools and methods
• Active participation in project meetings and workshops
• Collaboration with various stakeholders for successful project implementation
• Creation of presentations and reports to document project progress
• Co-designing the structure and further development of new team structures
• Supporting the team in daily business and administrative tasks

• Degree program in business administration, business informatics, business economics or a comparable field
• First practical experience in project management and digitalization is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
